Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days, unless started otherwise on the product listing.

During busy seasonal periods (e.g Christmas, Easter, special launches), processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be clearly communicated

UK Delivery

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Royal mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
Royal mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched Mama Bears Creations is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and selected service.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. These will be clearly stated.

International Delivery

We ship to selected EU countries using Royal Mail International Tracked services only.

Estimated delivery time:

5-10 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by their country.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within:

10 working days (UK)
20 working days (International)

Please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. As all parcels are tracked, we will assist in contacting Royal Mail. However we do not issue refunds or replacements if Royal Mail confirms the parcel is delivered or still in transit.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
