We offer a range of handmade and carefully curated hair accessories, gifts and related items.

 

Due to the handmade nature of many products, slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur. These variations do not constitute faults.

 

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

 

3. Pricing

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered; therefore VAT is not charged.


We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

 


4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

 

  • Payment is not authorised

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • The item is unavailable

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 


5. Delivery


Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


We use Royal Mail services:

 

  • UK delivery (Tracked service only)

  • EU delivery (Tracked service only)
     


We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our control.

 

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs charges applied by their country.
