1. Are your items handmade?

Many of our pieces are lovingly handmade in-house, while others are carefully curated to sit beautifully alongside our collections. Every single item is quality-checked before it’s wrapped and sent on its way.

2. Are your hair accessories suitable for babies?

We offer baby-friendly options such as soft nylon headbands and gentle elastics designed with little ones in mind. We also make clips fully or half lined with ribbon which are gentler on little heads.
As with all small accessories, we always recommend supervision while wearing.

3. How long does delivery take?

UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
EU orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on customs processing.
You’ll receive tracking where applicable so you can follow your happy mail 💌

4. Do you offer personalised items?

Yes! Some of our pieces can be personalised for that extra-special touch.
Please double-check spellings before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be changed once they’ve been made.

5. Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please make sure items are unworn and in their original packaging.

6. Are earrings returnable?

For hygiene reasons, earrings (including polymer clay designs) can’t be returned unless faulty. If there’s ever an issue, just pop us a message and we’ll help.

7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! That’s never what we want.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

 

8. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK and selected EU countries using tracked services.

9. How should I care for my items?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

• Avoid soaking in water
• Store flat where possible. Or use one of our personalised  bow holders or pouches to store your clips and bobbles safe and beautifully organised.
• Handle gently (especially hand-tied bows)
