Returns and Refunds
There is a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your items to request a return. Refunds for hair accessories are available for defective items only, which must be returned unworn and unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return you can contact me on the email address below. If your return is accepted you will be sent instructions of where to send your package.

Please inspect your order once you've received it and contact me immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued for customers who change their minds about their purchase or for hand-tied bows that have come undone; however, these can easily be re-tied. If you're unsure how to, it is possible to do so by following online tutorials.
Please be aware that returns of polymer clay earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons. If you experience any issues, please feel free to contact me.
