Returns and Refunds Policy
Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Condition of Returned Item
To be eligible for a refund, items must:

Be unworn and unused

Be in original condition

Be rurned in their original packaging where possible

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the value of the goods have been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Personalised or custom-made items

Earrings (including polymer clay earrings) due to hygiene reasons

Items that have been worn or used
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we recieve and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
